Look at this. This is blatant objectification of this man. He’s a human too. He’s not just a notebook and a suit. He it a real person and this kind of thing disgusts me so much that I’m going to sit here and waste my time typing about it because I just hate it that much. I will sit here and type and enrage people cause people should get mad about things like this just like me and they shouldn’t ignore it cause it’s important and we have to change this from our laptops and desk tops because this is America and we can say whatever the fuck we want and automatically think it’s gonna change something as petty as this.
I’ve had a shit day. Can you tell?
I don’t… even?
I’m too tired to deal with this type of shit. I’m done.
I’m just saying, I don’t see how cropping off someone’s eyes from a picture makes them an object. People complain about it with chicks all the time but I see more guys with their faces cropped off than girls. They’re also normally naked or in sexual attire (if you don’t find suits sexual then YOU CRAZY, cause they are) just like all the women that people get all up in arms about. It’s just art or how the picture was taken, it doesn’t mean that they have no soul or aren’t living beings anymore.
None of that particularly makes sense so I don’t understand your point. There are plenty of artful nudes or “sexy” pictures (and suits aren’t sexual in nature, they’re business attire and generally denote power and control, which most lingerie, especially used in the manner lingerie photos are generally shot, do not). And a person still has a “soul” and is a living thing regardless of how a picture is taken. I don’t see how demonizing the subjects of a belittling or diminishing photo helps anything.
nice

Well the representation of someone as an object (i.e being sexualized) just perpetuates harmful stereotypes and concepts...
Well that makes a lot more sense. I don’t know, I just wonder why people get up in arms about pictures taken in that way...
